All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment has been confirmed. you will receive your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Most orders take a couple of days to arrive but please be aware of potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of our control.
Shipping Times by Standard Post: Ireland 2/3 days. All orders under 75euro will be sent by standard post. No tracking available with standard shipping. Please contact us if you require express or tracked shipping. (Please note an extra fee will apply) .Registered post is available on orders over 75euro and full tracking details will be sent to you.
*Please note that Due to current covid 19 demands anpost is experiencing an influx in postings.This may affect postal delivery times. In some unlikely cases we are seeing up to one week or two for slower deliveries within Ireland.

If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at rachelmcdonnellglass@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
RETURNS:
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we will review your case for a refund or exchange but reserve the right to refuse.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
